Guy Bridge – Foiling Kite Boarder
Guy Bridge is a 15 year old who today set a record for kite surfing around the Isle of Wight. He has some pretty big ambitions, and all of us at Adventures of a Sailor Girl love it! Enjoy!
Paul Wilcox – Tonnerre IV

VX One Class at Cowes Week
Roger Phillips sailed a VX One for the first time today and absolutely sent it with his crew Tom Compton, and Nathan Batchelor from Ovington Boats. Love this class, I was very jealous of the action in the sports boat class today!
J70 Class – RAF Benevolent Fund Spitfire
The last time I caught up with Simon Ling was at the J70 Worlds in La Rochelle a month ago.
UKSA is the official charity of Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week… and wow, amazing to chat with UKSA Ambassador Sarah Ayton, a multiple Olympic medallist, OBE and mum about this brilliant organisation while on the ground here in Cowes!
Enjoy, Sailor Girl x
A chat with UKSA head of branding Will Myles on what the UKSA is and just what sailing can do to help people… unbelievable!
