I was approached by Sandy Eastman to provide this interview that I did with her partner, the late Roger Hickman and Shane Kearns at the RSHYR launch in 2015 for the “Growing Teams” and “Kickstart-Factory” websites, two projects to help those with ideas to move forward.
What I didn’t know along with many, was that this interview would be the last time I would have the pleasure to interview Hicko. I would be lying if I said I didn’t shed a tear while re-editing.
I feel honoured to be able to provide this interview to Sandy, and that I have this memory of such an amazing person to share.
